A San Francisco based architectural design firm with East Coast roots is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join their team. You'll get to work on high-end, custom solutions for commercial branded interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial tenant improvement projects for branded interiors. Work with client, projects consultants and teammates to bring projects from inception to a successful completion.
- Be the face of the brand and embody values by being courteous, respectful, proactive, hardworking, resourceful and supportive of your fellow teammates.
- Problem-solve around budget, schedule, technical matters and code and permitting challenges.
- Bring projects to successful completion on-time, within fee, and with happy clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree from an NAAB accredited school of architecture, and minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Licensure in CA a plus.
- Experience with Commercial Interiors and Branded Environments projects.
- Software proficiency in Revit, and strong design sense.
- Strong technical architecture skills and an ability to oversee the production of construction documents in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
- Ability to take ownership of projects, lead a team, mentor junior staff.
