American Home Design is growing and we re seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Call Center Manager to oversee our call center operations. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 15 agents, ensuring they hit their daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing call center operations.

Call Center Manager Job Responsibilities:


Manage our remote Call Center team to ensure they hit their daily/weekly goals

Confirm, verify, and issue appointments to our technicians

Coach & train new and existing agents

Monitor and manage the leads, dialer, and daily schedule

Pull reports, assist with payroll, technical support for the agents

Set appointments as needed

Work closely with the technicians

Report to and work closely with our Call Center Director who has been in this role with our company for over 12 years

Call Center Manager Qualifications:


Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Strong knowledge of call center operations, including inbound/outbound calls, customer service, and sales

Excellent communication skills with employees and customers

Persuasive personality

Self-motivated and self-disciplined

Able to troubleshoot technical issues with agents

Ability to multitask between several programs at the same time

Must be able to work some evenings and every other Saturday (1/2 day)

Must be able to work at our office in Goodlettsville, TN (15 minutes north of downtown Nashville)

Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: $56,264.00 - $70,000.00 per year
