The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and demonstrate a proven track record in team management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Distribution of workflow.
- Maintain and Update Daily Reports.
- Create and manage work processes.
- Inventory Tracking.
- Manage and assist in creation of listings across all platforms.
- Review and confirm all new orders for processing.
- Verify accuracy of orders and shipping information.
- Manage processing of damaged merchandise upon return.
- Work and Assist Executive team with day-to-day operation as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must have Flawless attention to detail and pattern recognition.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and e-Commerce channels.
- Management Experience of 2+ Years
- Knowledge of Amazon and Shopify
- Experience with Seller Central
- Advanced computer skills
- Highly detailed oriented
- Efficient Time management skills
- Relevant e-commerce experience
- Orders Processing: 2+ years
- Data entry: 2+ years
