Groundskeeper - Bally's Corporation

Responsible for trash pick-up, empty trash cans, clean/sweep sidewalks, window cleaning, lay salt.
Remove snow, water, and mud off property, and clean ash trays.
Assist with landscaping projects, which includes installation of plants & trees, trimming of trees &
shrubs, mowing, edging of sidewalks, weed eating, water plants, and weed areas around property.
Assist Facilities TM's if needed.
Must be able to operate all Grounds & Facilities equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to walk, push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist
and climb up & down.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
Must be able to tolerate area of secondhand smoke.
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls,
policies and procedures.
Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
weekends.
Other duties may be assigned at any time.
