This will be a 12+ month W2 contract.
Must be able to work Hybrid in the following locations:
- Orlando, FL
- Seattle, WA
- Los Angeles, CA (Glendale, Burbank, Anaheim)
Required Qualifications:
- Design System Experience, including Design Systems Governance Experience
- Portfolio showing advanced Product Design and UX work, specifically with Design Systems
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- UX Expertise: Proficient in UX best practices with multidisciplinary product design experience.
- Figma Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, including design systems and interactive prototyping.
- Accessibility Focus: Experience developing accessible products.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to evolve design systems.
- Problem Solving: Solve complex design challenges for scalable solutions.
- Design Ownership: Lead design exploration initiatives.
- Systems Development: Enhance and expand design systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with team members and partners.
- Scaling Design Systems: Contribute to scaling design systems across platforms.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Advocacy: Champion design systems best practices.
