HVAC Project Sales Rep


This is a sales position requiring both sales and Commercial HVAC Systems knowledge and understanding. While the majority of prospecting (at least 90%) will come from the existing customer base, this position is responsible for driving and sustaining new and existing business for product offerings along with associated repairs and upgrades. What you can expect:

  • Qualify prospects and/or opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Able to plan and effectively schedule appointments
  • Make effective sales presentations, and answer questions or objections
  • Manages quotes to close sales
  • Surveys commercial HVAC systems, makes recommendations, learns and applies the company pricing
  • Identifies customer needs and can effectively address customer concerns
  • Works closely with the internal/external teams and can communicate the customer s needs to both sides
  • Can convey job conditions and determine and recommend maintenance requirements
  • Able to coordinate project work with multiple subcontractors and equipment representatives

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems
  • Mechanical aptitude or solid understanding of HVAC and mechanical work
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards
  • Must possess a valid driver s license and able to drive

Salary $75,000 to $98,000 base, $700 per month car allowance, plus commission
