Are you a seasoned marketer looking for a growth opportunity at a company that values work-life balance and fosters a positive culture? Our thriving ad agency client is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead the day-to-day marketing initiatives for their clients.

In this role, you will provide critical support to Account Directors and proactively communicate solutions to Account Managers for client needs across multi-media campaigns that build brands. You will be a master at understanding clients goals and strategies, ensuring content and creative teams have the information they need to deliver exceptional work.


Responsibilities:

  • Effectively initiate, guide, and manage a wide variety of tactics (print, digital, web, media, event/tradeshow, PR, etc.) from initial development to launch
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients across a variety of channels (weekly status meetings, email communications, phone calls, text, in-person)
  • Draft forms, presentations, and proposals that inspire client excitement and trust and creative/content team collaboration
  • Partner with Project Management to build and manage detailed and accurate estimates, budgets and timelines
  • Partner with Creative and Content team members to ensure they move work forward and deliver in a timely manner and have what they need to effectively develop requested work
  • Partner with Accounting/Finance to ensure accuracy and ease in billing
  • Develop deeper relationships with clients that encourage trust, transparency and business growth
  • Represent the agency s interests in your actions and interactions with clients, industry partners and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all agency policies and procedures


Skills Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in advertising or similar industry
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising agencies
  • Ability to exhibit self-motivation and a strong desire to perform at a high level
  • Detail-oriented to ensure communications and projects are accurate and complete
  • Skillful in applying a thoughtful approach to all interactions with respect, empathy, and a growth-mindset
  • Adaptable in handling multiple projects at once and balance shifting priorities
  • Accountability and ownership of individual tasks to completion and provide reliable support in team initiatives
  • Anticipate areas of need and step forward to assume those responsibilities and see that necessary steps are taken and work is successfully completed
  • Business acumen (financial, marketing, and strategic) skills necessary to effectively interface both internally and with clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal, written, and listening) necessary to provide the highest level of client service and collaboration
  • Desire and willingness to excel as a member of a high-functioning team
  • Ability to travel as needed or required
