Responsibilities

Work is primarily indoors, but involves outdoor deliveries and exposure to inclement weather. Extensive walking and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Works under the general supervision of the Distribution & Production Supervisor to achieve high quality results within the College's brand standards. Preparing files for production and operates digital presses. Pick-up and delivery of print orders and mail Shrink-wrap/box and prepare materials for delivery Operate bindery equipment to complete printed materials. Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries. Check in/out printing requests Open/Adjust/Create documents for print

Qualifications

Education Requirements: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer) Experience Requirements: Basic Computer Skills Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Training can be provided. The ideal candidate should be flexible, detail oriented and have good customer service and communication skills.
