DDL offers Logistics shipping solutions for the US, Mexico and Canada.
We are a US-based logistics company with international reach offering comprehensive logistics, freight brokerage, freight forwarding, and customs options for customers of all sizes.
We are seeking an experienced outside sales executive to help us grow our presence in Mexico/US cross border shipping. There will be a mix of in-office time (about 30 hours a week) and semi-regular travel for customer meetings.
We are looking for someone that has excellent communication skills(bilingual), the ability to professionally navigate stressful situations, able to prioritize tasks efficiently, self-motivated and have at least 2 years experience in freight brokerage sales and the ability to build strong current customer relationships. Our state-of-the-art warehouse and cross-dock facility in Laredo, TX offers comprehensive border crossing services, as well as Open Deck and Dry Van shipping options. These services are available in both Full Truckload and LTL options.
We purchase all the leads and utilize Salesforce as our CRM.
Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to secure new customers
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Generate business leads
- Work directly with our operations team to facilitate shipments for your customers
Requirements
- minimum 5 year proven sales experience. Logistics sales experience a huge plus.
- Sales-minded and internally driven to succeed
- Strong telephone and written sales skills are a must

Pay: $70,000 - $500,000.00 per year
We have multiple sales reps making over $500,000/year.
