Seattle, WA / Marketing eCommerce / Full-Time Rad Power Bikes, Americas largest e-bike brand, is on a mission to get people riding radical electric bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone. Our company is a driving force behind the ebike market expansion in North America, and were growing rapidly in Europe. We are seeking a full-time Digital Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about managing digital experiences that create excitement and provide education about our products and the experiences they unlock. You will be responsible for product presentation and product discovery on the Rad Power Bikes site (our largest channel) and in marketing campaigns. We will look to you to ensure that customers confidently find the right bike and accessories to #RideRad. This role will report directly to our Director of eCommerce Sales & Merchandising. + 5-8 years of experience in merchandising in a consumer-based ecommerce environment

+ Proven track record of analyzing sales figures, customer shopping behavior, and market trends to inform product presentation in an online store including product set up, product pages, collections, navigation, and recommendations.

+ Brings an analytical mindset, with experience outlining hypotheses to inform testing plans and learning agendas.

+ Experience bringing digital merchandising expertise to go-to-market efforts for new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions.

+ Provides thought leadership in developing digital experiences that are seen through to flawless execution, for product launches, promotions and other company initiatives.

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to switch between thinking about strategy while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

+ Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require you to execute with urgency as well as create and improve processes as you go

+ Understands the relationship between merchandising, digital product management and performance marketing. The other key area is the relationship between merchandising, inventory operations

**Additional Requirements:**

+ Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform

+ Experience working in a Content Management System (CMS) to set up products and publish digital experiences

+ Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau or similar analytics tool

+ Experience with direct-to-consumer hard goods products, such as in the sporting goods or outdoor industry

+ Experience developing analytics-based strategies to improve site presentation, including hypothesis development, A/B testing and working with Analytics partners

+ Maintained our digital experience to provide a superior user experience for the customer with compelling visual presentation, easy navigation & browsing and an efficient shopping experience.

+ Collaborated with the Product Development team to ensure that product changes and enhancements are effectively managed and communicated to customers.

+ Identified & executed on opportunities to influence product performance, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and site merchandising

+ Presented sales & product opportunities to the Brand and Performance Marketing teams to inform integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in acquisition, conversion rates, and average order size

+ Partnered with Digital Product Mgmt and UX to understand critical customer problems and work together on implementation of features and optimizations to address those

+ Additional duties & overtime as required
