Environment: Hybrid

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

As a Marketing Coordinator working within Redwood Logistics (our parent company),you will be responsible to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our Marketing and Demand Generation efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing tasks and projects related to campaign management, events, HR & employee engagement, product marketing, new product launches, and all Marketing team efforts.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistical coordination and attendee communication
  • Oversee onsite (Chicago-based) requests and projects - including but not limited to swag store management, customer visit planning & signage, printing, and ordering
  • Assist in developing, writing, and editing content for various marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating with vendors and partners
  • Manage ad hoc requests for marketing support from the HR team
  • Work with external vendors and agencies for marketing collateral production, including print materials, promotional items, and digital assets
  • Maintain company intranet, identifying areas of optimization and most effective usage
  • Support project management with Wrike software for marketing campaigns and projects

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
