Job Title: Business Development Representative


Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships with new and existing clients qualifying leads. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and foster relationships with prospective clients.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  2. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  3. Educate prospects on the company's products or services and articulate their value propositions effectively.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to attract potential clients.
  5. Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, activities, and outcomes.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and customer insights.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
