Job Responsibilities

  • Dispatch, schedule, and close out calls
  • Process service requests, prepare paperwork for escalated calls, and ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Use standard and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within a call center environment.

What Does Winning Look Like:

  • Manage all incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails to close out calls for service technicians and sales.
  • Provide a Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service experience for all new and previous customers.
  • Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of services and products offered with the ability to cross-sell said services and products.
  • Effectively Communicate with service technicians and other office staff via email, text message, and telephone.
  • Review and maintain all scheduled service tickets on the dispatch board, ensuring that all calls are scheduled for the appropriate technician and update customers on the technician's ETA.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming and completed appointments.
  • Manage and own customer concerns, working with necessary departments to resolve them promptly and effectively.
  • Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails to close out calls for service technicians and sales.
  • Other assigned duties as directed by management


Experience Needed to Win:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years experience in a customer service and or dispatcher environment.
  • 1-5 years experience in a call center environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to HVAC
  • Basic Computer Skills

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for long periods
  • Must be able to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
