The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand and Marketing Design Lead to shape our overall marketing creative efforts. As one of the fastest growing AI startups we have over 15 million users and growing fast. As our first Brand and Marketing Design Lead, this is an incredible opportunity to lead marketing initiatives and drive impact across the organization.
Your Impact:
- Lead the concept, design and creative direction of our marketing efforts
- Across web pages, marketing emails, social media posts, display ads, new product launches, and broader strategic marketing efforts
- As part of this work, you ll lead and be hands on designing work across many of our most important projects
- Additionally, build and manage a network and freelancers and third party agencies to deliver category defining creative on time and within budget
- We re looking for an incredible creative designer, thinker and leader to help us build one of the world s leading brands
We're looking for someone who:
- Brings 10+ years experience
- Deep experience leading digital marketing design
- Comfortable designing across touchpoints from small emails to larger integrated campaigns (visual and graphic design plus videos and animations)
- Keen student of great marketing and marketing design work
- Set a relentlessly high bar for yourself and aim to elevate your work each time you ship something new
- Can break down why a piece of marketing works and explain the strategy behind your own decisions
- Be able to design and build in Webflow, Unbounce or similar CMS, plus design and build email in Braze or Hubspot
- Player-coach leadership style that leads by example
- Work independently and self manage creative projects
