Keen Wealth Advisors, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Financial Planner to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. This is your chance to play a vital role in the future success of our fast-growing organization!

The Financial Planner is an integral part of the organization. They will provide financial planning and relationship management to the firm s clients. The Financial Planner is responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships and aiding in developing new client relationships. Duties include managing the delivery of the wealth management services to the client. This will involve interacting with clients daily and maintaining regular communication. Responsibilities also include regular consultation with the client s other advisors and the Keen Wealth team to analyze information, develop recommendations, implement recommendations, and monitor the financial plans of their clients. The Financial Planner provides customized financial advice to their clients and works with multiple others within the firm to deliver expert, comprehensive advice to their clients.


Job Duties

  • Participate in and conduct client meetings.
  • Prepare and implement financial planning recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to best serve the client.
  • Maintain a relationship with the client base, focusing on service and operations.
  • Manage client relationships with accuracy using internal client relationship management software.
  • Monitor financial plans and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Review and update financial planning recommendations regularly.
  • Communicate with the client base through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Attend client meetings and be responsible for follow-up activities.
  • Assist in developing annual client review materials.
  • Attend training and meetings scheduled for the planning teams.
  • Establish and track client investment objectives, including risk tolerance, asset allocation, and cash requirements.
  • Perform overlapping tasks between department areas as requested.

  • 3 or more years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Passing internal exams - profiles/dashboards
  • Series 65 (or equivalent)
  • CFP certificate or CPA preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce, MoneyGuide, eMoney, and Orion
