Essential Job Duties:
- Weighs and destroys medical waste.
- Keeps Medical waste and recycling area clean.
- Perform repair services on an irregular basis.
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication and cleaning to equipment on a daily basis.
- Start and stop various pieces of equipment.
- Required to operate, repair and maintain the SSM.
- Performs any other jobs assigned.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures for packaging Medical Waste.
- Report problems to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Required to wear P.P.E.
Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned: - Required to use a computer to perform certain jobs.
- Picks up document and records from depts. And files them in the appropriate location.
- Treat everyone with respect.
QualificationsJob Specifications: - Education: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: Two 2 years or more work experience. Valid Driver's License.
