Job Details

**The CSR is responsible for providing service to members, guests, vendors and customers above and beyond their expectations. They are responsible for creating the first and last impressions of The Keller Pointe experience by providing warm welcomes, magic moments and fond farewells to all those who attend.**

**ESSENTIAL** **JOB FUNCTIONS:**

- Provide positive and enthusiastic customer service to all members and guests through compliance with The Keller Pointe standards of service. This will be done through proper etiquette by greeting members, guests and attendees; exceeding their expectations in service; and inviting them back.

- Assist members and guests with program registrations and facility bookings for facility programs and services in accordance with service desk software.

- Promote and market all facilities, programs and services to members and guests.

- Ensure all transactions and member paperwork is filled out completely and accurately, and data is entered correctly into software system.

- Ensure the residency and/or membership status of all visiting members is verified.

- Conduct oneself at all times in a manner of professionalism that aligns with the values, philosophies and standards of The Keller Pointe. This includes wearing approved attire and nametag, including athletic footwear.

- Attend all scheduled employee meetings.

- Adhere to all written mandatory standards of operation, policies, procedures, manuals, memos, and oral instructions

- Arrive to work every day, on time as scheduled.

**OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:**

- Provide support to additional areas of the Parks and Recreation Department as needed.

- Must be flexible mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. Preference given to those who can work early mornings or weekends. The Keller Pointe will do our best to honor school scheduled as needed.

- Perform other tasks as needed or directed.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **:**

- Must be 18 years of age.

- Current lnfant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid with AED certification from Jeff Ellis & Associates, American Red Cross, or American Heart Association required or **ability to obtain upon employment offer.**

- Basic computer and phone skills.

- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

- Ability to stand for four to six hours.

- Ability to address problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Ability to speak to people, known or unknown in a friendly, welcoming and helpful manner.

- No visible tattoos or unnatural hair color. No piercings to be worn visible during shift.

- Non-smoker preferred.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT** **:**

The indoor environment provides for a safe and healthy work environment and is smoke and drug free. Occasionally, it may be wet and humid, as well as moderately loud. The outdoor work environment may result in exposure to extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold and humidity. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to see, speak and hear. Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Mental and physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
