Republic Health Resources Interim Division is dedicated to working with our clients and pairing them with outstanding leaders. We are looking for Registered Nurses with little Charge/Lead RN experience that are wanting to expand or continue their career on a path to leadership roles in healthcare.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
* Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
* At least 4 years of recent experience in your specialty of expertise
* At least 2 years of recent experience as a Charge, Lead or Head RN (in area of expertise)
* BSN or BA in a health care related field
* Must have strong computer literacy and competency skills
* Possess effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to implement new policies, procedures, and programs related to acuity of residents

* Med/Surg
