**Administrative Support Specialist**
Programs & Operations Maryland, Columbia FREQUENTIS USA, Inc. From now on Full time Share this job: Share: Share if you care Key Tasks **Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties:**
* Administration and support of Procurement & Warranty Support Managers and their respective teams.
* Data entry and coordination of orders in Frequentis ERP database system (SAP R/2)
* Data entry and administration of Warranty Support database.
* Follow up with vendors for delivery status.
* Process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
* Shipping and documentation of replacement equipment to sites with defective equipment.
* Coordination of on-time deliveries
* Supporting the Warehouse and Warranty Support teams to ensure smooth and efficient flow of product into and out of Frequentis USA.
* Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications **Qualifications:**
Strong organization, communication and negotiation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Access (optional)
Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning is a plus
Ability to work independently and communicate progress/problems to appropriate personnel effectively.
Ability to multi-task and change rapidly from one task to another
High energy level and willingness to take ownership of and responsibility for tasks
Fit in well to the Frequentis team and contribute positively in all areas
Dedication to and enthusiasm for the job
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Attitude and enthusiasm are more important than specific experience. We will train the right person.
**Special Notations or Conditions of Employment:**
Must be authorized to work in US and obtain clearances to work on Government sites.
