Key Focus Areas:

  • Craft a comprehensive strategy for our mobile application, ensuring it aligns with the overall business direction
  • Oversee the implementation of in-app features and product development initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives of the brand and business.
  • Enhance user retention and utilization to support business expansion and growth. This involves conducting market analysis, gathering user feedback, and prioritizing development efforts based on insights gathered.


What you will do at VeSync:

In-App Product Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive in-app product strategy aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the brand.

  • Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality, user-centric experiences.
  • Monitor app performance metrics such as user engagement, DAU & MAU, and feedback to iterate and optimize the in-app product roadmap.


User Retention and Utilization

  • Implement strategies to enhance user retention and engagement within the mobile application.
  • Analyze user behavior, usage patterns, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to increase app stickiness and loyalty.
  • Drive the development and implementation of personalized experiences, features, and content to increase user satisfaction and drive repeat usage.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to address user inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and effectively.


Business Growth Support

  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to support initiatives that drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on app performance data, market trends, and user feedback to inform strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to increase app downloads, usage, and revenue generation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), app metrics, and business impact to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.


What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Product Management, with a focus on mobile applications and consumer-facing tech products.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, UX/UI principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A healthy sense of humor coupled with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to achieve results!
  • Passion for pets and a deep understanding of the pet industry and consumer behavior are highly desirable.


Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Anaheim, CA.

Salary: $120,000+ annually
