**Customer Service Representative - Parts Counter Sales**

Job Duties:
* Ensure customers truck and trailer part needs are met on every visit
* Ensure that customers are invoiced correctly
* Assist outside sales and delivery with customers part order needs
* Works closely with vendors on product knowledge and sales training
* Qualifies every order to determine customer delivery expectations
* Supports shipping and receiving by pulling pick tickets
* Responsible for inventory management and inter-branch transfers
* Identify, respond to and resolve customer issues promptly while modeling excellent customer service
* Works with customers to maximize sales and increase market share
* Acts as a liaison to outside sales to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
* Ensures safety initiatives are executed and employees are following safe work practices

* Other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
* Three years of experience preferred in the truck and trailer parts wholesale/retail distribution
* Sound product knowledge and lean warehouse experience to drive continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Strong organization and planning skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Applications
