Do you enjoy building new relationships and learning about new businesses? AtWork Personnel Knightdale is looking for you as our next Business Development Specialist!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new prospective client relationships through consistent outbound call campaigns and appointment scheduling. Our organization is looking to expand our reach and provide our beloved services to more employers and candidates in the area.

Essential Tasks

Make outbound calls to local companies to raise brand awareness and generate interest our staffing services.

Drive around Wake and Johnston counties to introduce AtWork Personnel's and grow the companies brand awareness.

Document details of each call in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Meet weekly with our Business Development Manager to identify targets within the sales pipeline and appropriately adjust strategies based upon effectiveness of campaigns.

Facilitate the weekly activities of the quarterly sales campaign.

Contribute to recruiting activities as needed.

In-office training is available to prepare you for success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Education

The ideal candidate should have at least six months of experience performing high volume of outbound and/or inbound calls.

Knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing work environments is a plus.

Knowledge of local Wake and Johnston County geography is important.

Basic understanding of the staffing industry is a plus but not required.
