**Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa**
*Work Mode: Onsite*
**Location:** Kohler, WI
**Opportunity**
Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.
Specific responsibilities of a spa attendant include:
* Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
* Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
* Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms
* Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
* Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
* Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
* Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
* Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
* Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests
This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Applicants must have daytime availability between 7:00am and 4:00pm.
**Skills/Requirements**
* Prior computer experience helpful
* Customer service related experience required
