WAGE & HOUR ASSOCIATE (HYBRID): Our client, an AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking a mid-senior level Wage & Hour Associate to join its Denver office. Our client is recognized as a top Labor and Employment firm by Chambers USA. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain diverse experience in multiple industries. Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in wage and hour class and/or collective action claims.
- Experience interpreting Colorado Department of Labor and Employment and U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division regulations, rules and interpretative guidance materials is preferred.
- Active member in good standing with CO Bar.
Compensation:
- $175,000-$215,000 - range specific to location and not applicable to other locations.
