We're looking for a talented Civil Defense Attorney in St. Louis, MO with 3+ years of direct experience in medical malpractice litigation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Gathering evidence and medical records in support of client strategy
- Taking depositions of the claimant, witnesses, medical experts, and other parties
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of civil defense experience
- Medical malpractice experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois
