Job Details
The Environmental Technician will assist with project site environmental conditions, documents observations and tracks progress to comply with environmental agency regulations and mitigate potential environmental liabilities.
- Assists with identifying risks at the project site and identifying discrepancies during daily site walks.
- Documents findings, evaluations and inspections using Company prescribed procedures and software.
- Documents, analyzes and reports environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.
- Supports impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce the organizations environmental risks and financial costs, at the direction of the environmental team and procedures.
- Maintains knowledge of Companys values and strategic plan.
- Support published corporate policies.
- Perform additional assignments per managements direction.
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Environmental certification required.
- Experience or training in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance preferred.
