Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the National Director of Government Sales to close qualified accounts identified by the Inside Sales team.
  • Conduct strategic outreach, including "cluster calls" at relevant facilities, to demonstrate products and secure sales.
  • Drive sales expansion efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth within designated territories.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote its offerings.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the VA.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability to navigate various sales environments.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


  • Acquisition of new patients and facilities.
  • Close rate of qualified accounts.
  • Daily customer engagement metrics.
  • Frequency of in-services conducted.


Experience and Background

  • Successful sales experience, ideally within relevant healthcare sectors such as Physical Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, or Pain Therapies.
  • Educational background or practical experience in healthcare-related fields is advantageous.
