Role: Sales and Marketing Associate
We are seeking a professional to support a dynamic and growing business in a highly visible role within a diverse and supportive environment. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Marketing team in the business development and investor relations functions. The ideal candidate for this position is a high-energy, polished initiative-taker with strong organizational skills, outstanding communication and people skills, and strong diligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing the Sales & Marketing team.
- Understand priorities, process and initiatives of the team and drive to completion.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ABS Global investment strategies.
- Internal daily reporting and expense reporting preparation.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage internal team meetings and calls.
- Maintain agenda, record notes for distribution, send follow ups to individuals.
- Ad hoc Contact Relationship Management (CRM) projects.
- Assist with special projects, executive firm events and annual conference.
- Collaborate with Distribution team to gather information on needs and opportunities.
- Represent the firm with integrity and model firm values and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- 4-year University/College Degree required.
- Organized and comfortable working in a demanding environment; able to prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems; mindfulness is essential.
- High client service orientation, collaborator with exceptional people skills.
