Pearl Insurance is looking for a licensed **Customer Service Representative**, for our Personal Lines department to help answer questions and resolve problems for our insureds relating to their **Auto & Home insurance** policies. Youll interact with our insureds via telephone, mail and email to insure they receive the best customer experience possible!

Qualifications
***Education and Experience:***
* HS diploma or general education degree (GED)
* 2 years of experience in customer service
***Certifications and Licenses:***
NYS Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license or the ability to become licensed within 90 days of hire
