One of our clients, located in Delaware County, PA is looking for a Customer Care Representative to add to their growing team. This is a temporary to permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the customers experience is positive, resolves any issues if needed.
- Communicate with various personnel including internal team members and customers.
- Assist in coordinating customer shipments.
- Ensure their call centers have all of the necessary information.
- Research and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and positive attitude required.
