**Warehouse Associate**

The Warehouse Associate position is a key role in enabling efficient cGMP compliant manufacturing operations. You will adhere to established procedures to receive raw material inventory, pick and prepare components for manufacturing and ship product. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience in biotechnology, cell, gene or regenerative medicine; or similar industry experience. **Responsibilities:**
+ Receive and process daily receipts of non-GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures
+ Data recording in WMS
+ Delivery of daily receipt to end users throughout the campus
+ Collaborate with Manufacturing team to process and fill material requests
+ Manage the day-to-day assignments of warehouse tasks and monitor completion of required activities
+ Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials
+ Perform inventory cycle counts as requested by management
+ Cross-train in all areas of the warehouse operations
+ Ensure individual employee training is up to date
+ Adhere to all safety procedures and GMPs requirements
+ Maintain warehouse in a clean and inspection ready state
+ Assist in the revision of area SOP's
+ Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
+ High School diploma
+ 1 year experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology Materials Management, GMP distribution/warehouse operations, manufacturing, and/or supply chain
+ Must be available to support on-call rotations as needed
+ Forklift experience preferred
+ Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50 lb.
+ Must be able to squat, bend, kneel, climb, and/or reach for 75% of the day
+ Must be able to stand, walk, and/or move about for 75% of the day
+ Previous experience in Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing, and Supply Chain preferred
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential
+ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
+ Additional responsibilities outside of initial job description as required
