Objective:

The Field Support Representative (FSR) is responsible for establishing relationships with independent agents/agencies for the growth and retention of new business.


Responsibilities:

  • Make proactive outbound sales calls to financial advisors
  • Train financial advisors on product solutions and marketing programs
  • Grow the financial advisor s practice
  • Respond to inbound calls regarding product solutions, marketing programs and practice betterment services.
  • Consistently meet sales KIPs set forth by management
  • Participate in continuous learning and trainings
  • Stay up to date on the changes in the economy and the impact they have on the financial markets


Qualifications:

  • At least three years of successful internal sales experience
  • Have or willing to get State insurance license
  • Have or willing to get Series 6, 63, 7, 65 or 66
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • College Degree Preferred or (Equivalent Work Experience)

*Some travel may be required
