We have current openings for a **talented, hospitality oriented Cook** to join our award-winning food and beverage team. Enjoy working in a resort-like environment and be home by 9:30 pm! **Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Cook:**
- Prepares all soups, stocks, sauces; boils, braises and roasts items as per standardized recipes.
- Prepares and serves all sauteed, fried, grilled, steamed and baked items as per standardized recipes.
- Prepares or directs the preparation of all food served, following standard recipes and special diet orders. Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food is preserved.
- Determines amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus and seeing that supplies are obtained from storage areas in adequate time for meal production.
**Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:**
* High School Graduate or GED equivalent,
* experience as a cook in a hotel, resort, private club, restaurant or similar institution preferred.
* Servsafe certified preferred.
* Must be able to pass a background investigation.
