The Labor associate attorney would work closely with the office's established team of litigators and robust client base and would have significant opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Admitted to the California Bar.
- 1-20+ years of experience in a law firm working with Unions and doing Union Negotiations
- Has experience managing cases independently, subject to input from supervising partner.
- Has ample experience taking depositions and arguing motions in court.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This job is specific to a Labor lawyer who has union negotiation experience and is open to candidates with 1+ years and can be a junior or senior role that is why the salary range is so large.
