The Opportunity-

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position is on a 1st shift (6:00 AM- 2:30 PM).

TheInventory Coordinator will:

  • Build and maintain inventory kits for maintenance events
  • Prepare and release hardware repair orders, including the issuing of details for the repair
  • Process aftermarket spare orders by picking hardware/tooling/kits and coordinating shipments
  • Analyze field event requirements to assure that hardware is available and applicable per engine model when required
  • Assist with exchange hardware tracking, priorities, reporting, and maintain company databases
  • Process line maintenance kit core returns, including maintaining established stocking quantity, expediting of hardware in work as required, and new replacement hardware required.
  • Coordinates with other functional areas to assure compliance with schedules. Assures that all parts and tooling are available to meet delivery requirements for field events
Qualifications-
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehousing, production/material control, supply chain, logistics or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • ERP System experience required
  • SAP is desired, but not required
  • Must be willing to occasionally work Saturday
  • Physical lifting requirements include: ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches), capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and ability to reach above the shoulder (65 inches above floor level, minimum)
  • U. S. Citizenship status required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
