100% Remote

6-12 months contract to hire

Responsibilities:

* Provide end user support of incoming customer requests/issues.

* Ensure courteous, polite, and caring personality to customer support.

* Assist customer on product returns, exchanges, refunds, and other requests.

* Clearly document customer discussions, requests, options discussed, and promised resolutions.

* Learn client products, services, and customer support workflow process.

* Demonstrate professionalism and dedication to working remotely from home without interruptions.
