* Meet with prospective clients obtained through warm leads to discuss benefit options using a consultative sales approach - No cold calling!
* Develop quotes and create proposals based on clients' needs
* Walk through explanation of quotes and present proposal to decision makers of small businesses
* Provide support during implementation process
* Facilitate employee roll-outs for appropriate benefit lines chosen

**Qualifications for this role:**
* Experience - 1-2 years related experience required; Experience in health insurance or customer service preferred
* Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
* Other - Current Ohio License in Life and Health insurance is required or may be obtained within 90 days of employment; Valid driver's license is required for travel
