AP / AR Specialist
Hybrid - Reno, NV (10% onsite during training)
3 - 6mth project

We have an urgent project, seeking professionals to support in preparation for an upcoming audit! This is a heavy data entry and AP.
Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of over 15,000 invoices - incl. allocating payment, and filing invoices appropriately.
- Other Accounting administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
- Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Oracle highly preferred.
