At Newcross Healthcare, were recruiting a Care Assistant to join our team in the Peacehaven area near Brighton, delivering quality care in the home. This role involves working as part of a small health and social care team to care for individuals with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. In this role, you will be supporting service users with day-to-day activities, in line with their individual care plans. Your various responsibilities will include assisting with gastrostomy care, oral feeding, medication administration, seizure management, moving and handling and any additional duties required. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on, so this is a great chance to upskill in new areas.

**To join our team as a Care Assistant, you will need:**
* At least 3 months of experience caring professionally or for a loved one
* A valid Moving and Handling certificate
* Excellent team player with great people skills
* The right to work in the UK
