Human Resources Information System Analyst


Job Details

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance and support of the PeopleSoft HCM system, ELM (Learning Management) and other HR solutions. This position is also responsible for the development of human resources related metric tools, HCM system interfaces, and HCM technical support.

Education

Bachelors Degree (Required)

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience

3 Years experience in Human Resource System providing technical support. (Required)

3 Years experience with PeopleSoft HCM HR system (versions 8.9 or higher). (Preferred)

General Experience in KRONOS Timekeeping System. (Preferred)

General Experience with PeopleSoft query and report writing. (Preferred)

License/Certifications

PHR - Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)

SPHR - Sr Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
