**Job Summary**
This role is a critical component of the Innovation Business Department, responsible for the success of the brand, sales achievement and growth. This role will directly report to the Design Manager of Business Innovation Team and will also partner cross-functionally with all teams.
**Responsibilities**
* Work closely with Design Manager constantly improving the dress category: Pinpoint and enhance weaknesses in the category and fabric quality
* Attend development fittings, provide proactive and focused input to ensure further production processes run smoothly
* Do the trend research in US fashion market
* Create style design sheets according to style budget, follow up that your ideas on design sheet are followed
* Work closely with buying team and pattern maker team
**Requirements**
* Bachelors degree or above in related fashion design
* 7+ years of working experience in fashion design
* Must have experience and proficiency in multi-category design
* Insights into US fast fashion market trend
* Experience in leading a team
* Proficiency in using AI, photoshop and other related drawing software along with good hand-drawing ability
* Excellent Communication skills
* Be enthusiastic about the work
* Be willing to travel and do after-hour work as need
