**Dura-Fibre is looking to fill General Laborer positions on 3rd shift. The hours are 10pm-6am earning $18.33 + .45/hour shift differential.**

The General Laborer employee will fill in for vacations, sick days, call-ins, etc. for both the laminating and converting departments on positions the employee has been trained in. This employee will be cross trained in other positions. The employee in this role will frequently be moved where needed in production and will be cross trained to fill in to help sustain production.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Assist equipment operators as required.
* General cleanup around machines and other moving equipment.
* Observe machine operation to detect quality issues and machine malfunction. Set up and operate any equipment as needed to perform the job assigned
* Operate machines at maximum speed
* Lock-Out-Tag-Out equipment as required
* Maintaining regular attendance, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and essential function of this position.
* Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
**Qualifications**
* Be able to perform basic math
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Basic computer Skills
* Read and understand a tape measure
* Be able to verbally communicate with all departments in the organization
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Confident and careful driving and maneuvering skills
**Education and Experience Required**
* Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
* Tow motor experience preferred but not required
