Job Details
Perform detailed inspection of Engine structural, electrical, and mechanical assemblies and systems using CAD models and Blueprints
Verify Assemblies for conformance against engineering requirements
Document nonconformance\'s in accordance with internal procedures and over communicate to resolve quality issues
Experience with Precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc
Familiar with ESD requirements
Must have attention to detail skills
Must be able to work at elevated heights
Experience with final photo documentation of hardware
Perform damage characterizations, close out, first article, in-process & final inspections and document per AS9102
