**Location**
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
**Job Summary**
Responsible for cleaning dishes, equipment, utensils and work areas in accordance with the health department sanitation and university system guidelines. Stores food in specified containers and storage areas and assists kitchen staff with food preparation.
**Responsibilities**
1.Maintains a clean, well-organized and sanitary work environment at all times
2.Portion and plate food for customers
3.Ensures food quality, including tasting food for quality control
4.Stores food properly and safely, marking date and item
**Required Qualifications**
**Educational Requirements**
High school diploma or equivalent
**Required Experience**
On-the-job training provided
**Preferred Qualifications**
**Additional Preferred Qualifications**
Basic ServSafe certification or knowledge
**Preferred Experience**
One (1) year food experience in the food service industry
