You will be responsible for delivering a great experience to Knowdes users as they learn and use our online marketplace. You will be the voice of these users internally and champion their needs in product development conversations. We value excellent communication skills, an unwavering work ethic and ability to execute. We move very quickly and you have the opportunity to work remotely.

**Responsibilities**

* Become our customer service champion. Help our customers achieve their goals and get the most out of Knowde by:

+ Building and maintaining customer relationships with buyers and suppliers by providing superior customer support via email, messenger chat and telephone

+ Pre-qualifying buyer requests on behalf of suppliers

+ Communicating buyer requests to suppliers

+ Following up until buyer requests are fulfilled

+ Responding to user concerns and escalating them internally

+ Logging defects and bugs

* Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for the Concierge team processes

* Work collaboratively to build and maintain productive working relationships with Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Product Development teams

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree

* 2+ years of Concierge / Customer Care / Customer Service or related experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent time management skills

* Detail oriented and ability to multi-task

* Perseverance
