What we look for in our NPs:

• MUST have 2+ years of independent outpatient experience in psychiatry-REQUIRED
• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited university or graduate program in psychiatric mental health nursing
• Appropriate California state licensure: you must have an active CA Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license or better
• Active DEA license for Schedules 2-5
• Already credentialed with the major insurance carriers (we would need to get you credentialed under Mental Wellness, but it's much faster if you've been previously accepted by insurance carriers).
• You have not opted out from Medicare.
• You have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely

About the role of Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

• This is initially a part-time contract position but would develop into more of a full time position over time as patient load builds up.
• You'll provide initial evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients as a member of the NP team.
• You'll practice medication management responsibilities to include 50-minute initial visits (+10 min admin) and 20-minute follow ups (+10 min admin).
• You'll provide us your availability so that we can book patients into your schedule.
• We would pay you by hours worked/patients seen.
