We are currently seeking a System Administrator. The System Administrator will provide excellent service and meet client needs while offering effective technological solutions to the organization with a focus on Active Directory and M365 Administration.
General Function:
- maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware
- to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems.
- software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems.
- and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- networking and connection issues.
- Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 platforms
- to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and EntraID/SSO
Experience with Office 365 administration
- with Exchange online and general email troubleshooting
- be able to work well both independently and in team settings
- organization and multitasking skills
Preferred Knowledge:
- with Tanium
- with PKI/Certificates/Digicert
- with Teams Conferencing
