Information Technology Support Specialist


Job Details

We are currently seeking a System Administrator. The System Administrator will provide excellent service and meet client needs while offering effective technological solutions to the organization with a focus on Active Directory and M365 Administration.


General Function:

  • maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware
  • to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems.
  • software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems.
  • and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • networking and connection issues.
  • Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 platforms
  • to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.


Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  • work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.

Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and EntraID/SSO

Experience with Office 365 administration

  • with Exchange online and general email troubleshooting
  • be able to work well both independently and in team settings
  • organization and multitasking skills


Preferred Knowledge:

  • with Tanium
  • with PKI/Certificates/Digicert
  • with Teams Conferencing
