Role Description


This is a full-time role for a Revit Experienced Architect / Architectural Associate located in West Palm Beach, FL.


We are seeking a Revit Experienced Architect / Architectural Associate to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess a background in architectural production and coordination of high-end multi-story residential and mixed-use projects throughout Florida; and have demonstrated experience working as part of project teams in various phases from Schematic Design to Construction Administration. The right candidate must be committed to design excellence and illustrate a proven ability to translate the design process successfully into the built environment.


Responsibilities

  • Overseeing development of contract documents for projects in various stages of construction and pre-construction.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and the design team to achieve project goals
  • Working with Senior Project Manager to Maintain project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating meetings, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, guiding team members
  • Responsible for successful project delivery
  • Working with Senior Project Manager to Monitor schedules and timetables; obtaining approvals (sign-offs)
  • Effectively and efficiently coordinate project deliverables across all disciplines including in-house project team, sub-consultant, clients and contractors.
  • Effective job planning, organizing, and scheduling
  • Assist with and direct document coordination and production amongst the project team.



Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the US and living near either of our offices or willing and able to relocate (on site position)
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
  • Professional expertise demonstrated through 3+ years experience of architectural drafting in Revit
  • Professional experience in multi-story residential, mixed-use, and hospitality
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sound knowledge and application of building codes, zoning laws, life safety regulations, and ADA ordinances.
