Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production of all four of our vehicle lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. This position offers the opportunity to grow into the General Manager role within the first 12 months, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the production process for all four vehicle lines, from raw materials to finished products.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency.
- Lead and mentor production team members, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, design, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Drive cost-effective measures and resource optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or luxury vehicle industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
