Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Construction Superintendent will lead on-site operations and ensure all aspects of construction projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and monitoring work progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in construction management or superintendent roles
- Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, tools, and techniques
- Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
